HYPER LOCAL COOKING July 21st
Explore the fruits of The New Farm Chef’s Garden at the height of summer. From heirloom tomatoes and cucumbers to strawberries and blackberries to foraged wild leeks to heritage fowl. This is the 100 foot diet in an interactive seven course tasting menu with chef Richmond Station’s Carl Heinrich and guest chef Paula Navarrete from Momofuku.
HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE July 28th
Tour the Farm with Brent and Gillian and get your hands dirty in the gardens planting seedlings, pulling beets, and harvesting greens. Then be spoiled to a collaborative, local feast with Carl Heinrich and John Horne, Executive Chef of Canoe and Auberge du Pommier.
APPETITE FOR CHANGE – BUILDING AN ECOLOGICAL FUTURE August 23rd
Sit down for dinner with the organic and ecological farmers who are charting a new, more sustainable path for agriculture in Canada. Chef Carl Heinrich will prepare a meal with the very best ingredients sourced from the most progressive farms in Ontario. 100% of proceeds go to The Ecological Farmers Association of Ontario.
